DPS Aligarh certified against ISO 9001 and ISO 14001:2004.

10 mines of Central Coalfields Limited have placed an order for certifcation against ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004. Three more OCPs have shown their interest in signing agreement for certification/recertification against ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.

5 days QMS Lead Auditor programme is scheduled to be conducted at Nagpur in the second week of September 2009. Interested participants advised to contact Mrs.Purnima Tyagi at 09810182685.

Stage 1 audit at Supervisors Training Centre, Jhansi completed on 24/07/2009 .

We follow a regular and personal interaction with all our Lead Auditors / Auditors to calibrate and upgrade them to latest auditing techniques. All auditors are advised time and again to ensure that the organizations system are strong enough to enhance customer satisfaction through continual improvement. Auditors are also encouraged to speak to the end user (during audit) of organizations products / services to check their perception about organizations activties.
